!!NOT WORTH THE MONEY & THE WARRANTIES ON THE PARTS ARE DEFINITELY UNACCEPTABLE AND FAULTY ….((FOR THE CHEAP PARTS THAT THEY ORDER TO ASSEMBLE OR FIX YOUR VEHICLE, I SPENT OVER $1,300 FOR A FAULTY A/C COMPRESSOR & A/C UNIT THAT DIDNT LAST FOR THE BARE MINIMUM STANDARDS OF A 1000,000 MILES OR 8 YEARS, IN MY 2018 EXPLORER XLT I reluctantly purchased the service in MARCH of 2024, now it’s AUGUST 2026 NOW THE AC UNIT IS DOING THE SAME EXACT THING IT DID MARCH 2024 WHEN I PURCHASED IT GETTING FIXED I CAME IN WITH MY WARRANTY AND MY WARRANTY WAS DENIED DUE TO THE FACT, FRONT DESK CLERK SAID THAT IT WAS A COUPLE OF MONTHS BEHIND, NOT TO MENTION THAT HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT IT WASN’T NOTHING HE CAN DO FOR ME, BUT BRING IT BACK. GIVE IT ANOTHER ASSESSMENT AND CHARGE ME MORE MONEY TO FIX IT AGAIN!!!, THEN THE CLERK STATED , THAT THE MANUFACTURING COMPANY THAT THEY ORDERED THEIR PARTS FROM THAT’S THE MANUFACTURING COMPANY’S WARRANTY (2 YEARS) FOR $1,312.00 FOR LABOR AND FAULTY PARTS,…NEXT STEP SMALL CLAIMS COURT……….. I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH FORD THEY SAID IF THEY DIDNT ORDER IT FROM FORD MANUFACTURING ITS NOT LEGIT AND I NEVER RECEIVED A INDIVIDUALRECEIPT FOR THE PARTS THAT WE BO

Thank you integrity automotive. I needed a safety inspection done after a failed job from the dealership. They were able to do a safety inspection for my vehicle for $75. Included were detailed pictures of exactly what was looked at on my car, like suspension, battery with their battery tester hooked up and showing me the actual numbers, along with other things. They noticed my oil change was due and before doing said service they called and asked if they could. So I also appreciate getting permission from the customer to perform a service that is needed, along with being able to give estimated or exact prices for a service. Thank you for checking my vehicle for safety, I have a lot more peace of mind for the road now.

My go to auto shop in Savannah. I have been going to Integrity for years. They are honest, hardworking, and friendly guys that take care of our cars. Their services are priced fairly and the work is always high quality. Even when you go in for a simple oil change, they provide a free inspection report of your vehicle to stay updated on its status and various parts. This gives me peace of mind when I’m driving. I will continue going to Integrity Auto Repair for our car care needs.

The name says it all! I highly recommend this shop. Everyone is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My car is old and has a lot of wear on it. Other places have given me a story about repairs that made me feel less than confident and even like I was getting ripped off. Not here! These guys are honest and their work is wonderful and quick. I will continue to come here when I need repairs. Thank you all!

No Integrity Auto Repair I couldn’t be more disappointed in the Integrity name. It’s just a sign, not a mission statement. You have to be able to admit when you’re wrong, tbh…I would have probably still paid it if someone just owned up and said, we probably shoulda… They completed an engine swap on a 2011 Eclipse for our family for $3065 (that did not include the engine). Craig explained that they don’t normally do these when the engine is being provided (it was still in its wrapping from LKQ) and that they would only warranty work they completed. Key words, that they completed. They swapped the engine and replaced the timing belt but not the balance shaft belt which is under the same cover and made up of the exact same materials and is connected directly below the timing belt (I think to the same pulley). They rolled it out for pickup and the alternator failed the next day and we had to bring it right back for an additional $500+. Not too much of an issue here, it was an O’Reileys special and was probably coincidental, but it would have helped if they tested before we picked up. 5 months later, the balance shaft belt breaks and goes into the timing belt, but doesn’t break it.
